6. Signature

Submitting a Counter-Notice

If you believe content was removed by mistake or due to misidentification, you can submit a counter-notice through our contact form. A valid counter-notice must include:

1. Your full contact details.
2. Identification of the material removed and its previous location on analcreampietube.
3. A sworn statement that the removal was due to an error or misidentification.
4. Your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court (or, if outside the US, the jurisdiction of the courts where analcreampietube operates), and agreement to accept service of process from the original complainant.
5. Your physical or electronic signature.
